WORKING PRINCIPLE
The passive nuclear level meter can obtain the level information of container intermediates by detecting the intensity of gamma rays emitted by container intermediates, so as to provide guidance for the production process. Due to the strong penetration ability of gamma rays, it is not affected by the environment, so it can realize non-contact measurement, and it is installed outside the container without opening holes, which has the advantages of easy installation and does not affect the continuity of production. In order to cope with the bad and harsh field environment, the remote debugging manual is configured. The passive nuclear level meter transmits the detected gamma-ray information, calculation results and operation parameters to the remote debugging manual through LORA wireless communication technology, and displays them through the LCD screen. At the same time, the operating parameters can also be adjusted by the remote debugging manual operator to be transmitted to the passive nuclear level meter through LORA wireless communication technology. In addition, the cloud platform transceiver can also be selected. The passive nuclear level meter transmits the detected gamma-ray information, calculation results and operating parameters to the cloud platform transceiver through LORA wireless communication technology, and the cloud platform transceiver converts the received LORA data into 4G/5G signals and transmits them to the cloud service for viewing and presenting.
